CHELEK Auto Parts & Accessories is the automotive commerce brand handling the customer order. Product availability, vehicle compatibility, selected fulfilment location and delivery or fitment charges are confirmed before payment unless the website explicitly states otherwise.
Submitting an order creates an order request and reference. It is not final acceptance until CHELEK confirms availability and fulfilment. CHELEK may propose an equivalent or alternative product where the requested item is unavailable; the customer must approve any substitute.
Prices displayed are retail selling prices loaded into the CHELEK catalogue and may be corrected if a manifest pricing error is discovered before payment. Supplier or internal buy prices are confidential.
For launch orders, CHELEK confirms stock first and then enables secure Paystack payment. An order proceeds to fulfilment after payment is verified by CHELEK's server.
A requested fitment or collection branch is a preference until CHELEK confirms that location for the specific order. CHELEK does not represent that every third-party branch has accepted an order merely because the customer selected or named it.
The customer must provide accurate vehicle, tyre-size, battery or part information. CHELEK may request registration, VIN, derivative or existing product details to verify compatibility.
Delivery, fitment, balancing, alignment, valves, consumables and other services may carry separate charges unless expressly included in the confirmed order.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to applicable South African consumer law, the product condition, supplier return rules and whether fitment or special sourcing has already occurred.
