Name, contact details, email, delivery or location information, vehicle registration or vehicle details, order contents, payment status, correspondence and fulfilment records.
To process the order, communicate with the customer, verify stock and compatibility, coordinate approved suppliers or fulfilment partners, prevent fraud, maintain business records and improve the service.
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary with payment providers, delivery providers, suppliers or approved fitment/collection locations involved in the order, or where required by law.
CHELEK should not collect card numbers directly through this website. Secure payment providers handle payment credentials.
Customers may request access, correction or appropriate deletion of personal information subject to lawful retention obligations.
